It’s that time of year when most sales events in Second Life are centred around winter and Christmas. If you need a break from the cold, festive season, yet want to spruce up your home, the theme for The Challenge this month is “Fairy Tale.”

My favourite this month is the Ice Fairy Princess Daybed and Fairytale Book Table from Cleo Design. They are whimsical and pretty and fun.

The SL Bare Ass Challenge

I think a lot of people – bloggers and non-bloggers alike – took part in the SL Bare Face Challenge. Well, my sister, Maddison Haven, tagged me on Facebook to join the SL Bare ASS Challenge. Not being one to back down from a challenge, I joined in 😀

The rules are simple: take side-by-side photos of yourself clothed and naked. Shameless ass shots ARE mandatory 😉

There was another rule that said “no airbrushing” but since I noticed that part AFTER I had Photoshopped the hell out of my wonky SL arse, I’m going to just ignore that part.

I tagged Caoimhe Lionheart, Wendz Tempest and Strawberry Singh on my Facebook post, but I’m not limiting the challenge to them. Here is my call out to any blogger or Flickr friend or just anyone who stops by my blog to participate in this challenge.

An ass is a terrible thing to waste.

I’m in the middle of decorating a new house by L2 Studio. It’s always a challenge to create a home that reflects yourself without being a carbon copy of previous homes. Somehow, this time the room seems to have taken on a masculine flavour.

While deciding whether or not to keep it or start over, I realised this was the perfect opportunity to use Kuro in Motion‘s latest pose, Thrown… I have loved this pose since Luana started teasing with photos on Flickr before it was released.

Enter Chance to sweep me off my feet…in his room.

Hmmm….maybe I was channeling a bit too much of him while decorating. Maybe I should just leave him to do the heavy lifting and allow me to be the interior decorator.
