Honey Bernandes of .::VIVID::. has been busy, so I snapped to attention to show you a couple of her latest releases.

The Limerence dress, which I’m wearing as a top, comes with a colour-change HUD with about a dozen colours. You can dress it down, like I did, or be brave and go bare-legged or throw on a pair of tights and heels for a night out clubbing. This is available at the current round of the Cosmopolitan Sales Room.

She also has another new Slink nail applier out, available from Tuesday at Stuff in Stock, along with another dress (not shown). This has some really lovely pale shades and French tips as well as a couple of darker hues. I plan on showing another tone soon. The set includes appliers for both finger and toenails.

Yes, it’s true. We have a trailer decked out in psychedelic decor tucked into a corner at home. It’s a long story of how it came to be and probably only has significance to us. But still…it’s there, overlooking the northern side of the beach.

It’s pretty tacky, to be honest. I bought the trailer and then applied the most gaudy tie-dyed texture I could find to the interior walls, tossed down some green shag carpet, threw in a couple of bean bags with some lava lamps sitting on milk crates, and there you go – one groovy pad. I won’t subject you to interior shots – suffice it to say, it’s the stuff of which LSD flashbacks are made.

When I tried on this top, I immediately got a 60’s vibe. It’s part of an outfit from **Sjaja**, available at this round of the Cosmopolitan Sales Room. I doubt the creator had the same inspiration I had, but that’s just one thing I love about fashion – the ability to take what one person creates and give it our own spin.

It’s what sets us each apart…that little spark in each individual we let shine through.

I Don’t Always Hate Green

I’m not sure I’ve mentioned it before, but I’m not a huge fan of the colour green. Yes, as a redhead in SL I probably should embrace this hue, but most tones just make me think of sea-sickness or mushy peas. But I do love jewel tones, and this shade of emerald is no exception.

This dress is a classic – a simple sheath that is made special with the details – the crisscrossed back, the ribbons that form the cap sleeves, the shimmery satin fabric that just skims your curves. It’s perfect for an evening out for dinner, a party or the theatre.

What is even better about this particular dress is that it comes with a 10-colour texture change HUD and today (Tuesday, November 12) it’s only 50L at the Liv Glam Boutique for the SLebrity SLection Street Sale. Make sure you take the limo attached – you can only find it at this event!
