Romantically Metallic

Buckle up for this round of The Liaison Collaborative, running from February 7-30. Romatically Metallic is the theme, and it is sparkling and divine. Almost everything I’m wearing is from this event.

While I love the earrings and hair, the lipstick and eye shadows from Izzie’s will definitely make it into my regular rotation. But my favourite item is the glasses from The Plastik. With a texture-change HUD for the frame, the diamonds and the lenses, they are chic, funky and fun. Must have stuff!

A note on my pose. I was planning on using the “I” pose from {NANTRA}‘s ASL I Love You pose set. This is a set of poses for Bento hands that spells out I Love You in American Sign Language. When I decided to try a different pose (from an lar [poses]), I didn’t step off of the pose stand that comes with the ASL set. While my body pose changed, my hands retained the ASL sign for “I”. So I accidentally created a hybrid pose that I really liked.

Jennifer And The Little Tree

Jennifer is the name of the pretty dress I am wearing from *Just BECAUSE* for the February round of FaMESHed. The sparkly top and chiffon-y skirt are perfect for a cocktail party or a night of dancing. It even has built-in (colour-change) panties, so you can protect your modesty while kicking up your heels.

The tree is one of four choices available from [ keke ] for this month’s round of The Chapter Four. With shimmery foliage on the limbs and at the base of the trunk, it is a garden must-have. The colours of the foliage match the appropriate season. I am showing the Winter version, but the spring, fall and summer varieties are just as lovely.
