So, I had been trying to find the perfect setting for this sexy lingerie from NX-Nardcotix and come-get-me heels from fri.day all weekend. I’d tried several shoots at my home and on my platform, putting up buildings, props and trying out loads of poses, but it just wasn’t working. I decided to change clothes and take a break, heading over to Furillen to check out the newly erected Bar Cafe Fabriken. In its current incarnation, it is a blues club and I just fell in love. It feels like it has been around forever, when in actuality, it had only been there for less than a day.

As I wandered upstairs to check out the photographs, I realised I was not only alone in the bar, but on the sim. When I reached the corner where this photo hangs, I had my “Aha!” moment of the day and quickly stripped down to my undies. A quick trial of the {NANTRA} Effortless set, and I had my pose sorted. I played around with my camera angle and lighting and started taking my shots. I was so engrossed in the moment, it took me a while to realise I was no longer alone.

With a shy glance over my shoulder, I realised it was time to go. So I teleported home, dressed in more appropriate street wear (i.e., not streetwalker attire) and headed back to hang out…as if I hadn’t just been strutting my stuff in my lingerie moments before 😉

Sometimes you find something so beautiful you just gaze into the distance with a faraway look in your eye. That is how I felt when I tried on the Iris skin from Tuli for Skin Fair 2016. It is just the purest, creamiest skin I have ever worn. If subtle shading and makeup options are your thing, you must try this skin. Obviously, they are mine; this could easily become my everyday skin.

It’s “that time of the month.” You know, Uber just opened. Just when the frenzy of Collabor88 and Shiny Shabby have died down, this event teases us to spend those last few Lindens we managed to hold on to for the first three weeks of the month.

The leg wraps I am wearing from fri.day at Uber are just so pretty! Delicate and feminine, they are the perfect way to go barefoot and be shod at the same time. Is it cheating? You’ll have to try to get into a convenience store wearing them to be sure 😉 They are a wonderful match with the lingerie from .::Dead Dollz::..

Make sure you hang onto a few of those L’s, though, because The Arcade is just around the corner! March 1st is one of those dates that is marked on a LOT of Second Life resident’s calendars as the gacha event to end all gacha events begins. While this event is always full of whimsical, must-have items, [ keke ] gives us whimsy and practicality at the same time. Her lovely garden accessories can easily find a permanent place in your SL home.

But be sure, before you throw away all of your money, you head over to Exposeur to take advantage of a MASSIVE sale and help out a good cause. RubyStarlight Writer, the owner and creative genius behind this pose/prop store, is desperately trying to raise funds for veterinarian bills for her two cats. At least one of them needs surgery; she is still waiting to hear whether both will, or not. The sale goes on indefinitely, but don’t waste any time heading to the main store. Everything is priced at 50-100L (including her amazing large pose props), with gachas reduced to 15L. There has never been a better time to stock your inventory with a pose to suit just about any occasion. And, you can help out Chloe and Brookie at the same time.

Stop just being window dressing; you’ve got shopping to do!
