Today I am featuring the last release of the year for Salt & Pepper, and it’s a group gift! This babydoll shortie is just the best mix of sweet and sexy with the lacy, see-through bodice and your choice of either an opaque or sheer skirt. It also comes in four different colours, courtesy of a HUD. If you’re not already a member, you can join at the main store. I believe there is a fee, but Salt has some really good gifts so it is worth the investment and a group slot.

The other thing I’m kind of excited about is my new set of hands from VISTA. They are Bento compatible, so I can wiggle my fingers, check my nails and perhaps (with the right animations) digitally show my opinion of less than savoury behaviour 😉 I don’t have that animation yet, but I’ll be on the lookout for it.

I decided to take my first venture into Bento with the hands when I saw that *League* had released appliers for them. You will need the Omega applier for the hands, but you can “handily” purchase it right next to the vendor at Vista (see what I did there? That one’s for you, Wendz!) I haven’t decided whether or not to go with a Bento head yet; I played around with the Catwa demo but couldn’t quite settle on a shape, despite about an hour fiddling with sliders. I’m sure I will make the switch, but like with my first mesh head, I won’t rush into it. I love Tumble, so I am content to stick with it for the time being. That demo is still tucked away in my inventory, though, so when I have some time during the holidays I’ll be sure to play around with it a bit more.

I’m not sure if I’ll be posting again before Christmas, so in case I don’t, have a wonderful holiday.

In case you have managed to get into Tannenbaum Holiday Market for some beautiful Christmas things, congratulations. There is so much at this event to love! The oversized baubles and gift boxes (which I also oversized!) from {what next} are great additions to your holiday decorations. Peruse the credits for more from this fabulous event.

Oh, but don’t forget that The Arcade opens again on December 1st! As always, it is eagerly awaited by a large portion of the grid and I’m providing you with a sneak preview of the “She’s a maniac!” set from Salt & Pepper. Inspired by the movie “Flashdance,” you can find all of the pieces to put together a dancer’s outfit or just a cozy little number for cuddling in the cold. The harness I am wearing is one of the Rare prizes, and the bodysuit, leg warmers and hood are just a few of the commons you can win. Cold Chills

In my last post, I showed you some unexpected items from Salt & Pepper; the lovely ornaments available at Tannenbaum. Today I’m back to showing the more expected offerings from Salt: this gorgeous, cuddly coat, also available at Tannenbaum. Not only does it keep away the cold chills, it attracts attention. While I was shooting this photograph I was asked by two different people where I got it. I could sense as soon as I slipped it on that it was a winner, and my experience bears that out.

Something that is a bit more unusual for Annie Melson is this pair of snug boots from *Just BECAUSE* at Uber. While Annie isn’t known for her shoe-making, these certainly are testament to her talent. They fit perfectly and with the flat heels are just what is needed to venture out on an icy, slick path.

These are both just what you need to keep the cold chills at bay.
