Buckle up for this round of The Liaison Collaborative, running from February 7-30. Romatically Metallic is the theme, and it is sparkling and divine. Almost everything I’m wearing is from this event.

While I love the earrings and hair, the lipstick and eye shadows from Izzie’s will definitely make it into my regular rotation. But my favourite item is the glasses from The Plastik. With a texture-change HUD for the frame, the diamonds and the lenses, they are chic, funky and fun. Must have stuff!

A note on my pose. I was planning on using the “I” pose from {NANTRA}‘s ASL I Love You pose set. This is a set of poses for Bento hands that spells out I Love You in American Sign Language. When I decided to try a different pose (from an lar [poses]), I didn’t step off of the pose stand that comes with the ASL set. While my body pose changed, my hands retained the ASL sign for “I”. So I accidentally created a hybrid pose that I really liked.

Has she struck a pose on a deserted beach, or fallen as she traverses the dunes in her heels? Perhaps we’ll never know…

What I do know is that the highlight of this photo (besides the landscape) is the detail that both Annie Melson of *Just BECAUSE* and Darling Monday of fri.day bring to everything they create. First, the top; the ribbing pulls in all the right ways and you can easily discern every tooth of the zipper. Then for the shoes – these aren’t just ordinary platform pumps; check out the tiny bow! A Princess in Tuscany

I am a fan of the store Knick Knacks, but I had never explored the sim before. Pass through the courtyard and you are in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. It is a watercolour of hills, crumbling buildings and flowers. It is the perfect place for a princess to wander.

Princess Aurora, in particular. The Aurora dress by *Just BECAUSE* for Uber is a collaboration between mother and daughter. Annie Melson’s 15-year-old daughter designed the dress and Annie created it for Second Life. Together, they are AnnieRose. And they have created magic.

Magic fit for a princess in Tuscany.
