Casting Couch

It may be a Hollywood cliche, but if you want your very own casting couch, all you need to create the scene is available at the September round of The Liaison Collaborative. The centrepiece is, of course, the couch. From Warm Animations, the Twilight Sofa Mole is not just perfect for your casting agent’s office, it is the matching piece to the chair and table set I showed in my last post. Soft and comfy, it will tempt any starlet or young stud ready to hop on for an audition.

Every other decor piece is available at the Cinema round of TLC, as well. So is my dress and hair, so you have plenty of reasons to stop by and check it out. My shoes, guaranteed to catch any casting director’s eye, are from fri.day for the shoe-exclusive event, ShoeBox. I’m not sure how long this event runs, but there is some gorgeous footwear to be found at this event, and the prices are so good you’ll have some left over to tip the valet as you leave the studio.

Calmly she taps her toe to the soft jazz, waiting to be asked to dance. The tinkle of ice cubes in glasses, the quiet murmur of hushed voices of the dancers fill her head. She is not uncomfortable; just a bit self-conscious. “Soon,” she thinks, “soon.”
