Today I’ve got more spring goodies from The Theme Park! This top from .: Somnia :. comes in about a gazillion different colours (ok, so maybe I exaggerated just a wee bit…but there are a LOT!) It is one of my favourite items from this round. I love the muted colours and it is just so feminine. Just right for a day at the park and goes great with either a skirt, shorts or jeans.

The nail appliers from {Wicked} Peach are just too cute and the only way I like bees…I’m allergic to the real ones 😦 But these are just buzzing away happily on my fingers and toes.

The shoes from ieQED are the perfect accompaniment to the outfit – especially if you want to go incognito in a flower garden. They are so delicate that I have to be careful where I step – I surely don’t want to plant these babies in the grass! They slip over my Slink high feet so I can make sure my toenails match my fingernails, too.

The Theme Park runs for another couple of weeks, so you have time to get there to pick up these gorgeous springtime items. But don’t wait too long – the next round will be here before the petals fall off of the rose.

I feel a bit like I should be transported to the Red Light District of Amsterdam right about now. I have never been, but I have heard the tales of ladies of the evening sitting in their windows, waiting for trade. I don’t even know if that is still in practice, but sometimes an image can bring a story to life.

The pose prop by Frogstar is one of the Rare gacha items at this month’s Serafilms Moulin Rouge event. This is the hot pink version, but you can purchase directly the same prop in black, crimson or purple. Commons in the gacha machine are the stool with a few poses, and the other rares are the stool with tons of poses.

You can also find the corset and lace mask from Wertina and the stunning Sabine necklace and earrings from Cae at the same event.

I think I’ll turn off the lights now. This girl is out of business.

Rainy Day Spring Fling

I have had a lot of fun with the new offerings from The Theme Park. This month’s theme is “Spring Fling” and there are a lot of really lovely items to get you ready for the changing season. I have been a bit slow off the mark blogging them – the round began on the 15th, but I promise I’m not finished and it runs for three weeks!

To start you out, though, I am showing off this feminine and flirty maxi-dress from Coquet. and this adorable pose set from an lar [poses]. There are three different dresses to choose from (I naturally chose the pink) and the pose set includes matching umbrellas for the poses. This isn’t the first rain-themed pose set I have owned, but it is one of my favourites due to the natural poses and the pretty floral umbrellas.

This pose also works well to show off my new manicure, thanks to ~SongBird~. Since it is named “Peeps Nails” I knew it was destiny! The colours are true to the Easter Peeps it is actually named for and come with either white or black tips. These nail appliers for Slink hands are vivid and springy and perfect for brightening a rainy day.

You are probably becoming familiar with the setting – I have fallen in love with the little flower garden I grew in the back yard of my show room. Feel free to pop by anytime if you would like to take a few pictures or just hop on the swing and let out your inner child. If you want to do it in the rain, there is a pinkish rock you can click for instructions on how to start your spring shower. Don’t you wish it was that easy to summon – and end – the rain?
