I’m not sure if I want you to or not! I obviously love the dress, but since it’s camo, I was hoping I might have been well hidden 😉

No, Esteban isn’t back yet, but Fernando is plugging along. I tried not to strain him, so the resolution for this photo wasn’t as high as I usually use. Still, it’s an awesome dress AND it’s free! Yep, all you have to do is find the chocolate birthday cake at Glow Designs in the Cosmopolitan Sales Room 1st Anniversary Hunt! I’m not telling you where it can be found (I don’t actually know lol) but I will warn you, it’s barely the size of a cupcake! However, you can pick up a notecard at the landing point with hints and slurls, so you should be in good shape.

With luck, Esteban will be back home tomorrow and I can get back to a regular blogging schedule. I’ll be able to process those photos I have saved and I do love shooting photos with my new guy – his graphics are amazing!

It seems I spoke too soon about the arrival of Esteban. He appears to have an issue with his motherboard and has gone back for tests and (hopefully) replacement of the faulty part. If they can find a reason for his multiple 3.5 hour BIOS updates and fix it, they will do that, although to be honest, I would rather have it replaced so I am not constantly worrying that he will slide into another coma for several hours.

Esteban left yesterday and I know they received him, but I haven’t had an update yet. While he is away, I had intended to use Fernando, despite his crankiness. However, today he has been impossible, rebooting himself every few minutes while not even being used.

I have my laptop, but it is a far cry from the system I am used to with a very slow processor and lousy graphics (at least compared to my other boys). Reg – yes, he has a name, too – is passable for basics, but I can’t log into Second Life on him and expect to move and I can’t really do photo processing with him.

I had these two photos (mostly) done on Esteban before he headed off on his adventure and I have raw shots for another post saved to my external drive. If I can manage to process them, I’ll have one more blog post. If not, this will be it until either Fernando decides to cooperate or Esteban returns home.

1 Bewitched Tattoo

The outfit I am wearing in the lead photo is by Awear and is available exclusively at the Cosmopolitan Sales Room, complete with corset, skirt, tattoo, hat, shoes and the broom (with poses) along with a necklace, gloves and lipstick I am not showing. I even did a close up so you can see the cute tattoo!

Starting To Get Spooky

As it gets closer to Halloween, we’re seeing more and more pumpkins, vampires, zombies and witches flooding the grid. It’s fun to dress up like we did when we were kids, but it’s even more fun in Second Life because our choices are virtually limitless. No need to throw a sheet over our heads – we have a whole plethora of goblins and ghosties to choose from. And even if all we’re doing is curling up in the window seat to enjoy the spookiness du jour, it’s still a lot of fun.

Both the window seat – complete with knickknacks on the shelves and 21 poses and the sweet pumpkin sweater dress are available this Tuesday only at the SLebrity SLection Street Sale for Cosmopolitan Sales Room for the grand price of 50L each. Yep, you read that right! The dress will be available in the Lumiere mainstore from Wednesday for 100L and the mesh window seat is normally priced at 275L at Piddler’s Perch. So you’d better hop on your broom and zoom over to pick up these sweet deals before they disappear like a wraith in the night.
