Like a lot of bloggers, I headed over to World’s End Garden to farewell this beautiful place. Apparently, it is closing on the 18th of October, so I wanted to visit once more before it disappears from the grid. WEG has been around for years, and it’s simple beauty is so tranquil and relaxing. Often we forget about just stopping to appreciate the loveliness of our virtual world. This spot is the perfect reminder of just what beauty our residents create.

The pretty, feminine dress I am wearing is a gift from Leri Miles Designs for the Cosmopolitan Sales Room 1st Anniversary hunt. You can pick up a notecard with slurls and hints at the landing point, which you can reach from this link. It is a sim-wide hunt running from the 13th through the 27th of October, and you are looking for a chocolate birthday cake – no licking the frosting!

I know, Cao, two days without a post – I’m sorry! I’ve been having problems with my computer lately and it reared it’s ugly head again. Whenever I work with graphics-intensive programs, like shooting photos in SL or Photoshop or even PicMonkey, my computer crashes and restarts over and over in a viscious cycle. So I’ve been holding off on posting until I can get the issue sorted out.

But poor Cao starts to fuss at me if I miss more than a day, so I’m going ahead and blogging this, with my fingers crossed. I’m not crazy about how the photos turned out, but I’m giving Fernando a rest and just going with what I had managed to get done.

Just in time for an autumn afternoon stroll is this lovely dress from Indyra Originals. You can find it – and lots of other lovely goodies – at the Cosmopolitan Sales Room this round.
The dress includes three versions of the necklace I am wearing, plus a pair of black lace gloves (not shown). Hurry in to pick it up before the round ends next week – the calendar page turns as quickly as the season.
