Get out your bag and head over to the Apple May Designs sim for a round of trick or treating. There are multiple carts set up around the courtyard with some fabulous deals from some incredible designers. Want a sneak peak? Okie dokie…here you go!

With brands such as Essenz, The Skinnery, Concept and Mina Hair, to name a few, you can see why you will want to stop by.

I’m showcasing the dress from Salt & Pepper in my first photo. The main dress comes in a very tasty berry hue, but you can purchase an additional add-on HUD that gives you four extra colours. The detail of the spider web crisscrossing the back is mirrored on the front (although the neckline doesn’t scoop as deeply as the back 😉 ) . It’s a sweet little number for your Halloween weekend.

You don’t need to be a fly on the wall to take advantage of this mini-event; but you do need to hurry – it only runs through November 1st.

I have had this photo and the credits for this post done for a few days, but I have been really busy at work and very tired/lazy when I get home. Warm At Twilight

Usually when I am doing a Home & Garden post, I build a set, shoot the photos and immediately take everything down. It’s not that I don’t like the looks I create; rather, I am generally just trying to be tidy and clear the space for the next go around. This time, however, while collecting the credits, I plopped down on the sofa with a sigh. I’m not sure exactly why I did it; it might be because the sofa from .. Warm Animations .. for Shiny Shabby looked so inviting. Perhaps it was because this room has a different feel than most of my settings (slightly more masculine, don’t you think?) Or possible it was because it was a chilly day for spring and the sun had just set in my real world and I simply wanted a comfortable spot to rest my bones.

Whatever the reason, I sat back and relaxed, quiet at home, warm at twilight.
