1 H is for Hippie

One of the reasons my inventory is so ridiculously out of control is because every time I try to clear it out, I think to myself, “But what if I need that someday?” Well, I just proved myself right because as it turns out, I did need that 60’s inspired camper I retextured! I’m having a wonderful time walking down memory lane during the Inventory Alphabet Challenge. This camper, which I only removed from the island a couple of months ago to make room for the Roxie beach house holds many happy memories filled with laughter.

I made it to Japan Fair a couple of days ago and I found these cute sweatpants, shoes and awesome glasses (among other things). They were my inspiration for today’s post. Yes, I bought them during the challenge, but I didn’t buy them just for the challenge, so I haven’t broken my rule. So far, as we are almost a third of the way through the alphabet I have managed to create my entry based on things that were already in my inventory. Even if they were only there for an hour or so before I took the photo 😉

I’ve got to go now. There is a sit-in on the university steps and I’m in charge of making the signs!

What else could I choose for the letter G besides [Gos]? Don’t answer that – it’s hypothetical 😉

These days, if I’m not wearing Slink add-ons, I’m wearing [Gos] pumps/stilettos/heels. Although I love the variety of choosing from so many designers for the Slink add-ons, the quality has as much variety from amazing to ZOMG-what-were-you-thinking? Not only is the skin-matching a breeze with [Gos], but Mr Voom puts out consistently fabulous shoes. From the style to the quality of textures and design, I don’t think he has put out a pair from the Boutique that I either don’t have or don’t want.

Give me a pair of these babies and I’m a giddy girl!

1 B is for Baiastice

Since today is the letter B in the inventory challenge, I snuck in a peek at the back porch of the Roxie beach house here. I have turned it into a working area, complete with laundry facilities. It is a nice, secluded spot where I can do my chores in my knickers. However, B is also for bored – I hate ironing! Of course, it would probably help if I plugged the iron in…or if the iron actually had a plug!

It’s not too late to join the Inventory Alphabet Challenge – you can catch up today, or as I suggested to my buddy, Wendz, do an Alphaweek post. That’s not in the official rules, but hey, I’m all about improvising!

I will be stopping by later today in world to post up my inventory numbers on the Inventory Alphabet Gameboard. Hopefully I can laugh at a few people who have a bigger closet than I do 😉
