It’s almost time for the latest round of Midnight Madness, the throwback event that showcases beautiful gifts from talented creators with limited quantities, yours just for a quick slap of the board. This month, Salt & Pepper has two brand new gifts for the midnight and noon boards, the Gloria blouse and skirt. The blouse is available at midnight (just about 7 hours from now) with the skirt on the board at noon tomorrow. The gift colours are white for the blouse and sparkly silver for the skirt, but you can purchase add-on HUDs for both for only 199L each to give you a whole variety of choices.

There are limits of 1500 on each item, but “Last Chance Vendors” will go live on Sunday at 12:00 am SLT and will give you the last chance to pick up the gifts for a very discounted price between 25 – 50 LS . The amount of gifts is not limited, but the vendors will be live for 24 hours only. After that period the exclusive colors will not be available again.

You can check out the blog post for a countdown timer to the event to make sure you don’t miss out, and there is a link just below the clock to the current catalogue of goodies available. It is worth a peek, as some designers offer discounts on last chance purchases for group membership, which is listed below the vendor photos.

Yeah, I know I’ve been on a Salt & Pepper roll lately, but with the awesome releases she has pumped out, I’m not going to stop at two! In fact, I’m going to try to sneak in another one in a day or so, so stay tuned…

This futuristic style is available at We < 3 Role-Play this month, and I can’t say enough about the textures! The shine on the metallic material is incredible and the fit, of course, is perfect. But the best, and I mean very best part of this ensemble is the helmet hair! With the same shine as the bodysuit and boots (which, sadly, didn’t make the crop), this helmet is amazing.

The outfit can be worn with or without the addition of the top and comes in multiple metallic hues. It is discounted for the duration of event (through December 31st) and is just too fun to pass up. And best of all, the helmet is priced for the event at only 50L!

Pick it up, and soon, you too will fly.

Where Winter Ends

There is no place more desolate than your thoughts when alone in the middle of a long, cold winter. The darkness and dreariness of the season can drive you deeper into this wilderness created by your isolation. Stark, quiet and desolate, it can seem as if there is no way that spring will come.

But a blast of colour, an instant of positive outlook can bring you closer to that moment.

The colour, in this case, is provided by the Brenda dress from Salt & Pepper for Tannenbaum 2017. It comes in a variety of colours and trim choices, but I chose red – the colour of life and merriment.

It is the colour that brings me to where winter ends.
