Surprising even myself, I switched from my Elysium Candace skin to a completely different brand. I love the (optional) freckles that dot the nose and cheeks of Ella, the latest Catwa applier from *League*. It comes with several different eyebrow colours, eye shadow choices and lipsticks, including clean versions if you want to wear your own. The skin applier gives you four cleavage options, plus nippleless versions of the same. The shading on the skin is realistic, with the highlights giving you a lovely glow without being overdone. I meant to pick up the Sunkissed tone, but when I got home I realised I got the Suntanned colour instead. In this daring white dress from United Colors, I realised it wasn’t a mistake at all. That doesn’t mean you won’t be seeing the Sunkissed shade in the near future, but for now, I am content with my happy little accident 😉 While this applier was created for the Catwa Annie mesh head, I think it works just beautifully with Tumble, and I even gave it a try on Alice, with pleasing results.

Friend or lover, it’s important to have someone to lean on. Even if it’s yourself.

Apple May Designs has released this sexy jumpsuit for Sad November. While I chose black, it comes in other colours. It has deep v-neckline and wonderful draping. The event runs through November 28th, so make sure you stop by.

The pose I chose is from Luane’s World for The Liaison Collaborative. It is one of four friends/couples unisex poses in the BFF Series, which is so very fitting for the Bountiful Harvest round. In addition to the regular designers, each has been allowed to invite a guest. In some cases both designers have their own offerings, in others they have collaborated and sometimes both.

I recommend taking a friend along; you’ll need someone to lean on by the time you’re done.

I would probably feel a bit uneasy walking across this wooden bridge through the fog, but not Enya. She has not only the courage to forge her way into the swirling mist but to do it wearing this daring outfit. Enya is the latest release from Salt & Pepper for We < 3 Roleplay, which runs through November 30th. Its soft fabric and belted straps give her the confidence to move confidently forward. I paired it with these kick ass Arwen boots, a previous release from Salt & Pepper (available at the main store).

I’m sure you’re going to be seeing a lot of this hair by *ARGRACE* (if you haven’t already). Rika Oyen makes, in my opinion, the best editorial hair in Second Life. While KOHAKU has a relatively high ARC (31,308), it still isn’t unmanageable for most viewer settings to handle. And oh, so worth it for the result!

Be bold. Be brave. Be like Enya.
