There are only a few days left to enter the Hair Fair 2016 Photo Contest. Entries close on July 1st, so you really need to get snapping!
I have done two entries this year; I don’t think I’ll have time to do anymore, but the limit is five entries, so I have some wiggle room in case I get a bit of inspiration. The photos in this post are my two entries.
Even more important, kits are still available to create your own bandana for Bandana Day! Click the link for all of the instructions on receiving your kit, creating your bandana and what to do once you have it finished. The deadline is July 6th, so you have time to create something amazing! To make it even easier, all you need to create is a texture – the actual bandana is included in the kit! And there is a link to a tutorial on how to do it, so there really is no excuse not to!
For the second year, I will be contributing my own bandana to benefit Wigs for Kids. Nope, I’m not a designer, but if even a few of you take pity on me and make a purchase (still only 50L each – what a bargain!), it will help this marvelous cause that little bit more.
I am even giving you a sneak peek of my creation – look out for it at the Bandana Day booths that will be found on each sim!

I really love your second ‘weather hair’ photo…a touch of wind and those beautiful sunny flowers.
Can you sell your bandanna in marketplace too…just in case we cant make it to the Hair Fair.
Thanks, Cheri 🙂 No, the bandanas will be sold exclusively at Hair Fair. It runs for two weeks, and although it is nearly impossible to get in early, I’ve found that in the last few days, it is accessible. Oh, and there will be bandana booths on every sim, so even if you’re able to just get into one, you’ll have an opportunity to to pick up what are sure to be some amazing creations (um…excluding mine lol)
