Decaf Should Be Illegal

1 Atelier Kreslo

I’ve been feeling a bit lazy the last few mornings, getting my blog posted later than usual. So this chair and pose seemed the perfect illustration of how I’ve felt.

This chair is now available at Atelier Kreslo, a collaboration between Breno and Kuro in Motion. It is aptly called “Monday Haters” and the poses are original and just so much fun! This one is called “Noooooooooo!” and I am sure you can relate. There are four colours of the chair, each with texture change cushions with three choices, so there should be something for everyone.

Now if I could just manage to drink my coffee while in this position I might be ready to get on with my day. No decaf allowed!

Pretty stuff I’m showing off:

Second Life Friends List Meme: Bosom Buddies

1 Me & Rwah

Miss Berry is once again delving into our personal lives with questions about our Second Life friends lists. She has asked us to drag one of our mates along for a photo and answers to her questions. Since I know Rwah is a fan of Monday Memes but doesn’t usually get the time to participate, I hijacked her the second she logged on to coerce politely ask her to help me out. Even though she had a lot of her own blogging obligations to fulfill, she readily agreed…cuz that’s what friends do 🙂

In case you want to play along, here is what you need to do:

Meme instructions: Grab a friend from your second life friends list (optional) pose with them and/or answer the following questions. Don’t forget to leave a link to your post in the comments (of this post) and share your picture in the Blog Memes Flickr Group.

My answers are boring, so other than mentioning that I have 159 friends on my list, I clean my list fairly often, have met the majority of my friends through club work and do have someone I would trust with my password, I’m just going to skip on to Rwah’s answers. Rather than just listing the questions and answers I am going to share our conversation, edited only for continuity and to remove some of my inane comments 😉 .

Desert Retreat

1 Moroccan Delights

I have been a bit remiss about blogging the gorgeous items for this month’s offerings from The Challenge. I love the items for this round, themed “Moroccan.” The rich textures and jewel tones give a punch to any setting. But I have had difficulty capturing their glorious beauty.

I think I finally hit on a setting that shows off the lovely furniture from Shabby Tabby within the confines of the [hate this] gazebo. This is no mirage; this little refuge from the desert heat can be yours.

Stop by the Shabby Tabby and [hate this] stores to create your own desert sanctuary, or just add a pop of colour to any home.

Pretty stuff I’m showing off:
