One last “blue” shot. This time of Calas Galadhon, the Mother SIM of Calas Galadhon Park.
Go and visit. You don’t have to use the same Windlight settings I did. You can view this beautiful place in bright sunshine, darkest night or go with the blue I chose if you want. But please, do go and wander around. It’s a lovingly built region, no matter what the season.
If you read my blog post yesterday, you may recall me mentioning I had been in a blue mood the previous day. When I’m feeling a bit low, winter is the season that comes to mind. I had heard that Calas Galadhon Park was being transformed into a winter wonderland, so I headed over – despite my desire to be wearing a bikini recently!
I gravitated to Dimrill Dale, probably my favourite of the many sims in the park. With darker, cooler windlight settings I took in the glorious landscape. Yes, the above photo is more pink than blue, but you can still feel the crispness in the air.
The overview is stunning, but I found myself getting caught up in the details.
Otium is Latin for leisure and laziness. Otium also explains the philosophy of this archipelagic retreat. Get away from your necessities and obligations and slip into the intellectual leisure of the creative dimension. Otium is the ideal place to relax.
Just a wonderful place to take some photographs or kick back and relax. I’m not going to say anything more – I’ll just let the pictures tell the story.
