1 Prime & Hate This for The Challenge

While I am definitely a Shabby Chic kind of gal, I know not everyone is. So if you fall into the Modern camp, PRIME and [hate this] have a couple of offerings that will suit your style in this month’s Heaven theme for The Challenge.

The Neon Angel wings, from [hate this] come in separate left and right pieces (in case you are a one-winged angel) and have options for colour, glow and lighting. Use them to flank your artwork or just display them on their own. Heck, get creative and use them as photo props for your own heavenly version of a Rhinestone Cowboy! The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

The artwork is an original creation by Reven Rosca. Do try it in different lighting; it really does make the various parts of the picture stand out. And it goes well with a new living room set that has been recently released by PRIME. The perfect accompaniment to a modern design.

1 Sway's Cloud Nine Heaven 1

Sway Dench calls this creation “Cloud 9.” I call it a great way to kill an afternoon. Floating around on a puffy, white, star-studded cloud while contemplating all of the things that I should be doing…but I’m not.

This is Sway’s first offering for The Challenge. There is another version available, starring hearts. I also noticed that she has coordinating shelves for Fifty Linden Friday. That is why I am interrupting my musing – to give you at least a chance to grab the matching accessories at a bargain.

I’m not going to bother with credits for my outfit; they’re exactly the same as my previous post. See? I was enjoying my cumulus reverie so much I couldn’t even be bothered to change 😉

Who isn’t looking for a little piece of heaven? I don’t think there are many people who aren’t. This month, The Challenge brings you Heaven, right into your home. There are quite a lot of heaven-inspired lovelies just waiting for you, starting today, for this round.

The heavenly living room set above from Cleo Design gives you everything you need to make heaven your home-away-from-home, including your choice of two views you can add behind the drapes (in case your window looks out on a neighbour whose idea of decorating is Early Second Life Bling or you are creating the illusion of a window out of a solid wall, like I did). Puffy cloud lamps, a soft, cushiony sofa with an adorable pillow and singles & couples poses, a pouf, the curtains and a romantic vase with roses are all part of this little piece of heaven.

1 Kuro Heaven

But in case you need a little more, Kuro has this sweet hanging ladder with dimmable stars, comfy cushions and even a cup of tea to inspire your heavenly dreams. Don’t let this simple pile of pillows fool you; it has three texture choices and about a kazillion poses included (singles and cuddles). Tuck up in a cozy corner and you can climb your way to the stars.
