Vanessa Blaylock is one of the most creative people I know in Second Life. So, leave it to her to come up with a zany challenge! This is the Avatar in a Box Challenge, whereby you put your avatar in…um…a box. Pretty simple, actually – it’s sheer genius and leaves a lot of room for creativity.
My mind, as it is sometimes wont to do, took a bit of a left turn as I was thinking of what to do. What I originally thought was a simple idea became a little more difficult when I had to figure out a way to build my box and find a pose that works. I ended up editing two trunks to create my “box” and made my own pose after searching my inventory and Marketplace for a suitable pose – and failing. All poor Chance had to do was lie there and not get abused by the rabbit đ
The premise of my photo is simple: the poor magician’s assistant’s worst nightmare comes true when, during rehearsal in a dark basement, the magician suffers a heart attack midway through cutting her in half.
So, maybe I stretched the bounds of the challenge with this photo, but hey, it’s an artist’s prerogative đ
