The 5th Birthday Round of Collabor88 is really quite spectacular. The designers have gone all out for this event, which is borne out by the near-impossible entry after 6 days and the quality of the wares. Another of my favourites this month are the Rowena Heels and optional stockings from fri.day. When Darling Monday paired classic strappy heels with optional lacy socks, she hit on a real winner!

I needed just the right outfit to showcase them, so how could I go wrong with this stunning jumpsuit from ISON in the purest red (also available at Collabor88) and this stunning hairstyle from NO.MATCH from Hairology? There was only one other thing I needed to complete the look…

A glass of red, please. And leave the bottle.

Wasn’t I a happy girl to find these sparkly, shiny pendants from [ keke ] and the silky, satiny shoes from Apple May Designs waiting for me? These are just the kinds of things that send my squee-factor off the charts!

[ keke ] has released these pendants for the August round of The Forest. It has just opened today (August 11th) and runs through the 25th. This is the second month for this unique event, where you pay one flat group joining fee, then collect all of the pretties scattered through the forest. There are no surprises; you can wander around the venue to see what is offered before joining the group and picking up your items. With 21 top designers participating, it is well worth the investment. Just remember you need to rejoin the group each month. All details can be found on The Forest Event blog.

If you are one of the fortunate ones who has been able to make it into Collabor88 this month for the 5th anniversary edition, you are not only lucky but have probably seen these shoes from Apple May Designs. If you are still waiting to get in, then mark them down on your “must have” list – they are gorgeous! The texturing is divine and the bow at the ankle makes these the perfect date night heels. Perfect….did I mention that they are perfect???
