Has she struck a pose on a deserted beach, or fallen as she traverses the dunes in her heels? Perhaps we’ll never know…

What I do know is that the highlight of this photo (besides the landscape) is the detail that both Annie Melson of *Just BECAUSE* and Darling Monday of fri.day bring to everything they create. First, the top; the ribbing pulls in all the right ways and you can easily discern every tooth of the zipper. Then for the shoes – these aren’t just ordinary platform pumps; check out the tiny bow! Just sitting here kicking my heels, on winter’s edge.

It has actually just turned summer her in Australia, but it’s December so I’m pretending I am back home, waiting for the holidays in a cold and wintry place. With the snow falling at Furillen, it seemed a good spot to test out my Greta boots from fri.day. These can be found at The Arcade in a variety of colours. I chose Brick so I could be sure to see my feet as I kicked through the snow.

This is a peek at the rare Charity boots from fri.day for the October round of The Epiphany. Baby soft, yet rugged enough in case you do choose to go walkabout in them. The adorable socks are the Exclusive at The Epiphany, so make sure you redeem those points for these Maitreya Lara socks. If you’re not a Maitreya wearer, don’t worry; the boots are unrigged, so while they were fitted for Lara, you can edit them to fit another body.

Some boots were made for walking; these babies were made for admiring. Damn, in fact, these boots were made for fondling!
