“Newport” is the theme of June’s The Liaison Collaborative, running from June 7-30. It evokes visions of summer and a classic summer beach. While casual, Newport also kindles a feeling of old money and relaxed wealth.

One of the designers who always seems to elicit that style is Mimikri. The top and shorts I am wearing are the epitome of luxurious textures – the kind you can just feel brushing seductively against your skin. The muted shades are richer than the deepest jewel tones and the design is perfection. And yes, you can choose between eight different colours to suit every mood. While the top is sheer, Mimikri has kindly provided tintable pasties to preserve your modesty.

Don’t forget the hair – the perfect pigtails to keep your hair out of your face while beach combing. From NO.MATCH at TLC, this hairstyle shows that you can have an adorable style, even if you have NO.TIME.

Also starring in this photo are a few of the beautiful items in the Serenity Style gacha at TLC. There are five commons and one rare, so it is a very manageable gacha to play with a high likelihood of completing the collection.

Put them all together and you have the recipe for becoming a beach beauty who fits right in at Newport.

Maybe I’m crossing my fingers behind my back, but not because I’m negating telling a fib. Maybe it’s because I’m hoping you are excited as I am about all of these amazing things!

More from The Liaison Collaborative and [ keke ] this post. The dress is an adorable peek-a-boo sundress from Vinyl. Peek-a-boo meaning, you’d better wear panties underneath! The Petal Eyelashes from Izzie’s are dramatic and unexpected. They certainly jazz up a spring outfit.

From [ keke ] comes the clipped artwork. They, along with nine other designs, will be available at The Seasons Story when it opens on April 10th. Using public domain works of art, she has yet again created the most wonderful accents for your home.
