Keeping with the vintage feel and popping hues of the Razzle Dazzle theme, this is a perfect example of an outfit that is timeless. Red and gold, sequins, the lovely flow of the shorts and beautiful texturing, I feel feminine and sexy in this hot little number. Lots of colour choices for these items *bemoans the fact there weren’t fatpacks*

In a way, I’m kinda glad I was ill for the first few days Collabor88 opened this month. No heebie-jeebies for me about getting the bum’s rush on my first attempt! I’d seen photos on Flickr of the nifty, spiffy, swanky, swell stuff in this month’s round and I was ready to go on the lam and flash some jack!

That 20’s speakeasy feel hits you from the moment the build rezzes and it carries through to the hotsy-totsy offerings. From flapper to gold digger to gangster’s moll, there’s something for every type of gal. But don’t think it feels old-fashioned – these designs are the bee’s knees.

Jump in your jalopy, slide on your iron or hoof it on over. I’m not beating my gums. If you want something classy for your chassis, head on over and you’ll find that old razzle dazzle.

Yes, I’m back! I’ve had a virus and I just haven’t felt like going into Second Life OR blogging using some older photos. So rumours of my needing bail have been largely exaggerated 😉

So to try to get back into the swing of things, I’m going to combine my inventory meme with some photos of some of the awesome things to be found at this month’s two-year anniversary round of Collabor88. Yeah, I know, you’ve not seen any of this stuff before (inserts sarcastic wink here). But I’m going to put a bit of a twist on the Serpent HUD poses found at Collabor88. This is one of the sexiest pose props I’ve seen in a long time. I’m not going to paint you a picture of Eve’s temptation, the very phallic symbolism of the serpent or even describe the ripples of chills I felt as this slithering snake wound himself around me…

No, the twist is, I’m clothed.

I’ve seen quite a lot of photos with this fella on Flickr, and they have been almost exclusively nudes. Don’t get me wrong; it works, and from the vendor photos shot by Strawberry Singh for creator Rogan Diesel, that is probably the most relevant application of this series of poses. But dayum! I think it works, even when wearing a little slip of a dress, a boyish haircut and the subtle curves of a woman.

As long as I have been reading Berry’s blog (about three years now), she has always bemoaned the state of her inventory. And with over 100,000 items, I honestly can’t blame her! So it is fitting that she has chosen this subject – a sore point with a LOT of residents of Second Life.

Here’s what we’re supposed to do:

1 What is your current inventory number? – 65,802 (I stupidly checked this after I had nearly bought out Collabor88 and opened everything or it would have been a lot lower. I also forgot to empty my trash 😦 )

2. If you had to delete your whole inventory and could only keep one thing, what would it be? – CD, my Cyber Ducky. Although I don’t wear him often in my blog posts, he was not only a gift from a dear friend, but he is an Ultra Rare item from 7Seas Fishing, so my chances of finding another one are slim to ducking none!

3. What is the last thing you purchased? – The hair I’m wearing in these photographs ( [monso] My Hair – Yong/ Red by Morphine Janick)

4. Which item do you wear most often? – Besides CD, I’d have to say my Amacci Gaze Eyes. I’ve recently been wearing a pair of a similar colour from Mayfly, but I always go back to my Ocean Blues after a couple of days.

5. When you search for the word penis, how many items pop up? (NO LYING!) – Two. One is a penis gun and the other is a photo of a friend wearing a cartoon penis avi. The name of the photo is “My Penis Pic” 😀

So, there we have it. I’m sure you will all sleep easier tonight knowing that my inventory is smaller than Berry’s and I have two peens. And if you hear me talking about a snake in the grass, it’s not my ex – it’s my new writhing, wriggling friend.

I think I’ll name him Dick 😉
