I know, I know. This photograph isn’t what you expect when you stop by my blog. I’ll be honest; I was struggling to come up with a way to show off this new necklace from Salt & Pepper for the upcoming round of Shiny Shabby. It is unisex, but I couldn’t figure out a way to get it on Chance, so I thought, why not make it more than unisex and put it on a kitty? Nothing says that it is breed specific.

When I won this head from -Pixicat- at The Arcade, I didn’t think I would ever wear it. But sometimes I reach into the depths of my inventory and pull a cat out of the bag 😉

Too Awesome To Be A Horror Movie Victim

I heard something the other day that made me laugh.

I would be the first person to die in a horror movie. I refuse to spend my last minutes running. Screw that.

Apparently there is also a correlation between wearing matching bra and panties and being a serial killer’s victim, but I’m not showing off my undies today, so we’ll just stick to the horror movie story.

No, my outfit isn’t really the best wardrobe for a walk through a misty forest, but that seems to be the case for most horror movie victims. The skirt is too short, the heels are too high, the top is too tiny but damn, I look good! I couldn’t resist a peep over my shoulder to see if I could figure out what is making those growly noises behind me, but honestly, I don’t think I want to know. Is that a shadow near that tree, or is it a hockey-mask-wearing freak just waiting to slash me – and I don’t mean with a high stick!

If I can just make it into the mist, I think I can blend in and very possibly – hopefully – get out of the woods alive.

Usually I hate mirrors because I’m not happy with the face looking back at me…until I’ve at least applied my mascara. But in this case, it was trying to get the mirror images lined up in this photo. I finally did it…after about an hour. They’re probably not perfect, but I did heave a sigh of accomplishment when I finished.

Apple May Designs has released this sexy top and shoes recently. You can find both in the main store, and one colour of the shoes is the group gift. Pop over and join the group to grab them. I’m sure you can see yourself in them – just look in the mirror.
