1 Princesses Only

Anyone who is owned by a cat will see a few truths in this photo. First, all cats are royalty, regardless of gender. Second, if you have a rug in the home your feline friend shares with you, it will always look like the one in this photo – why bother straightening it when you know as soon as she wakes it will be scrunched and piled to her liking? And third, no matter how much money you spend on a special bed for her, she will choose her own spot to curl up for a nap.

When I saw this darling kitty from StoraxTree, I didn’t even bother to slip on a pair of shoes – I just ran directly to the pier market @ The Docks to adopt her. I even grabbed a couple of friends for her – a grey tabby and a sweet little black and white pusskin. There are two others, and although this is a no-copy item, at only 55L each, you can afford to take home more than one.

I crept in quietly, afraid to disturb these slumbering sweeties – a princess needs her rest, you know 😉

1 Sunlight at Duskep Sideshow 2 L

I didn’t get in world yesterday to take any photos, so I played around with another shot I took the day I had my “happy accident.” I kind of forgot about this one after I saw the shadow on the sail.

There is nothing you haven’t seen before in this photo. Does that make me lazy? Maybe. It may be kind of a rerun, but if television shows would take a leaf out of my book and change up the ending of the episodes they repeat it would go a long way to increasing ratings.

It might even make me plug in my TV again.

Quite often I will process more than one version of the photos I blog. When I am having trouble deciding which to use, I turn to my favourite adviser. He has an amazing knack for picking the best photo, which is borne out by Favorites on Flickr. I’m sure he cringes whenever I start a conversation with, “OK, which do you like best?” but he always humours me. Normally he has a definite preference but on occasion he equivocates and the ensuing discussion can be downright surreal.

I’m talking about my sweetheart, Grumper. I mention him occasionally on my blog, but I don’t really talk about him. But since I laughed so hard at this conversation I thought I would let him do the talking for himself.

Since I have no clue how to make this “all modernist Francais television or sumthin” I’m just gonna leave it at this. Oh…and I guess I need to include the second photo so you can see what a horror movie, King Kong-inspired alluring parfum ad looks like. And I was cast adrift…in fits of laughter 😀
