I have been trying to do a second post with the hats from JfL Hats for the Jewelry & Accessories Expo since last weekend. Nothing has seemed to work. Today I headed over to Calas Galadhon and ended up at South Farthing. I tried multiple locations and poses, but nothing was striking me as “right.” I was about to give up, and then that bloody song came on the local music stream.
I am not a boy band fan. I am especially not an ‘N Sync fan. But something about that song struck a chord and I was able to create a photo that seemed to capture the spirit of the lyric.
As Grumper said, “No one is immune [to the power of boy bands].”
I hate when he’s right.
On a happier note, Queue Marlowe of Analog Dog has reintroduced separate bangs with her latest release, Bangers. I matched one of the sets with my standby Nicky ponytail and matching hairbase from Amacci to solve the problem inherent to wearing a hat in Second Life. Thank god for hair attachments and bangs!
(But not boy bands.)

Its a sad thought but suicides are higher around Christmas time. Its a hard place for those who are alone.
It IS sad. I’m happy I’m someone who enjoys my solitude instead of having it be a trial.
