1 Epiphany

Have you been to Epiphany? It’s a twist on the traditional gacha event where you can trade in extras and unwanted prizes for credits which you can exchange for an exclusive item. I’m still trying to decide if it is a blessing or a curse; while the idea of getting rid of unwanted prizes is pretty cool, it also means that sometimes you end up spending even more, trying to get that couple extra credits for an exclusive. And then you end up getting something else you like and you spend more, this time trying desperately to win a duplicate and wouldn’t you know it? You end up getting something you really wanted so you have to spend even more?

Clever? Oh, you bet it is. There’s no exit until you’ve emptied your bank account 😉

The skirt and top I’m wearing are the exclusives from Salt & Pepper. You can get the copy version for only 25 credits; the transfer style is 200.

Just a reminder that Hair Fair 2015 ends on July 26th so you only have a couple of days to get over there to scour the best collection of hair on four sims. And the 26th is Bandana Day, so doff your hair and don a bandana as a reminder of what this event is really all about – helping out Wigs for Kids.

Peep clearly didn’t understand the curriculum of her new school. Being a good girl, she was shocked at being held back after class for detention with Professor Chance. After obediently writing her reinforcement statement on the chalkboard, Professor Chance rewarded her with a lovely ribbon…which he proceeded to tie firmly around her wrists. Guiding her gently to her knees, he continued his lesson, explaining when and why his students are expected to open their mouths. And at no other time…

Whew! I think it’s time for this tutorial to stop. Is it getting warm in here, or is it just me????

The latest round of Romp has opened, and Kuro is offering the desk and chairs that grace Professor Chance’s office. Luana’s kinky side is exposed fully with this group of furniture – both chairs and the desk are available in PG and Adult versions. The desk has a safety feature for accessing the animations – the desktop is bare until you click the key in the drawer, which allows you to rez the desk blotter and accessories. The animations menu is located in the blotter, so if you are worried about nosy neighbours sneaking in for a nooner while you are away, you can change the access to Owner or Group and leave them dejectedly staring at a perfectly good bed alternative with tears of frustration running down their faces 😉

Make sure you visit Romp to pick up these naughty yet delightful items. Now if you will excuse me, I need to do my homework before I meet Professor Chance for another private lesson. I am hoping for straight A’s…it cetainly helps when you enjoy the subject you are studying!

I guess it’s not a common topic in polite society, but everybody has to pee. Or, um…do that other thing. It’s just nature taking its course, of course. Yet using the facilities is one topic I never thought I would be tackling on my blog. But, here I go…

The theme for this round of The Challenge is “Castaway.” There are tons of lovely driftwood, beachy and deserted isle inspired offerings, but I have to take my hat off to Heavenly Villa of shutter field. In addition to a castaway bed and lantern she has created this clever outdoor toilet set. Comprised of a sand-filled tub, a log enclosure complete with “Occupied” sign and toilet rolls plus an extra accessories set (which includes the mandatory “vacant” sign), it is as delightful and imaginative as it is well-made. The textures are impeccable and the animations are adorable. To satisfy both camps of ladies in public toilet usage, there is a choice between perching on the edge and hovering above the sand. Of course, there is another animation for men. Best of all, it has a “covering” action that made my cat huff away in envy. I honestly laughed out loud when taking it for a test run.

I teamed it with my latest favourite decor item, the Twinkling Lights Logs from [ keke ]. Even for such a basic function, a lady must be privy to elegance.

If you’ve got to go, you should always be able to go in style.

The Challenge runs all through July and you can pick up any of the products at the designers’ main stores. The Castaway Outhouse Set and Castaway Bed & Lantern are on sale at a 30% discount for the duration of the round at the shutter field store.
