I’m also showing off my new tat from Letis Tattoo. I rarely wear tats, but this one was just so delicate and feminine, I thought it was just what I needed to compliment my new do 😉

How do you deal with criticism? I would like to say I don’t take it personally, but I do. I’m not the most self-confident person in the world, so even when I receive constructive criticism I have to admit it stings a bit. I do try to take it onboard and improve whatever I’ve been criticised about, though.

What’s the most infuriating thing other SL residents do? I’m going to go with the whole rumour/drama thing. It truly amazes me how many people have nothing better to do with their time than invent rumours for the sole purpose of creating drama. Thankfully, I’m usually the last to know and I’m as likely as not to reply, “I really don’t want to know.” Oh, and to go along with that are the people who scream about hating drama, then splash all of their garbage all over their social media pages and SL profiles. Ya know what? If you’re pissed at someone and are knocking someone off your friend’s list, why do I really need to know? And you know what else? I really don’t care.

Which SL resident would you most like to have lunch with and why? Oh, this is a tough one, because there are SO many people I would love to have lunch with. But I’m gonna reach into my hat and pull out just one name 😉 And the winner is….My Lil Cao! (Caoimhe Lionheart) And why? She’s just such an honest and beautiful person – and not just her avatar. Her blog is my companion with my morning coffee and she never fails to start my day off right ❤

Who would you say is your “anti” role model? Someone who serves as a warning rather than an inspiration? I’m not going to name names, either, but mention a type. You know the ones; the people who make fun of noobies, just because they are new. I’m ashamed when I see a new resident being griefed, simply because they haven’t yet figured out how to operate the movement controls or are still wearing the default avatar. I’m wondering how many of the veterans actually managed to make it off the island the first day? Hell, I made several attempts on my own and finally escaped when a friend helped me. I have to respect a 1-day old avatar who manages to make it into a club or store on their own. And I wonder how many never come back again because of the way they have been treated by long-term residents. Sad.

What was something you used to enjoy, but was ruined for you? I used to post regularly on a virtual world-related forum. I was even a moderator. But slowly, the owner drove away the core members of the forum and then pretty much deserted it, leaving it to the two of us stupid enough to continue to moderate to deal with the fallout. When he sold the group sim without notifying us that he had put it up for sale and we logged in to find all of our goods returned to us by the new owner, I walked away from the forum for good. I lost my love of being a “Forum Whore” after that experience.

What’s something you want to do that you’d be embarrassed to tell other people about? Sing. And it’s only embarrassing because I’m so bloody bad at it! But I would love to have the nerve to join in at an open mic night. Even though my voice would probably crash the sim, at least, and cause a mad rush to the ER for the listeners at worst 😦

What’s the oddest term of endearment you’ve ever used or that someone’s used for you? This was a real life term of endearment, but nothing in SL has ever come close! SPF (short for Sweet Pussy Fluff).

Have you ever fallen in love with another SL resident? Yes

Describe a time/event in your slife that you’re nostalgic for. I used to host at a club that has been a staple for rock music fans in SL for years. When I was hired, it was like I had reached my loftiest goal. I loved that club and the people who frequented it. Plus, it had some of the best damned DJs I’ve ever heard. Sadly, things changed radically and I left after a year. The club is still there, but it will never be the same to me. And I really miss what it once was.

What’s something sweet you’d like someone to do for you? While I’m not a fashion blogger, I would love it if a designer saw a post I did here or a photo I put up on Flickr and let me know that they liked how I showed their product. I purchase everything I use in SL, so if I have chosen to wear something (or displayed a home or furnishings), it’s because I love the designer’s work. I wouldn’t want a compliment if the creator really didn’t like my photos, but if they actually did like it, a comment would be the sweetest thing ever to me 🙂

By the way, I decided to do topless photos, thinking people might be more interested in looking at them than reading my answers 😉
