I have to admit that I have a tendency to be Scarlett more often than I should. Oh, I’ve never made a dress out of drapes but I do tend to postpone thinking about things that should probably be faced and dealt with right away. It didn’t always work out for Scarlett, so I’m not sure if I’ve chosen the right role model. But after so many years of following her philosophy, it’s tough to change my ways.

I’ll think about that tomorrow, too.

This month’s round of The Seraphim Social is based on the book “Gone With The Wind” by Margaret Mitchell. It is an iconic American novel made famous by the movie of the same name. I remember sitting through the movie (all four hours of it) twice in one day. It is probably the only movie that comes close to being as good as book, in my opinion.
