It is New Year’s Day in Australia, so it’s time to look back over my 2014. I’m not going to say too much; like every year, I have had moments of joy and despair. Rather than writing about it, I am simply going to share some of those moments with you in pictures. The pictures I have chosen may not be my best, but they all hold a special meaning to me.
Because this will be a longer post than I usually do, I will be continuing behind a cut. If you choose to continue, I’ll see you on the other side. If not, I wish you happy and healthy 2015.
I loved my visit to Small Town Green.
Odd photo, perhaps, but this was from the post I did that had the highest number of views this year, The Helpful Tools Meme. I did this as part of Strawberry Singh’s Monday Memes way back in January, and it’s still getting views today 🙂
I can’t tell you how much I laughed while writing this post!
Johnfrancis Laville continues to inspire me with his fabulous hats. Visit his store; his work may be designed for men, but it works for women, as well.
Thank you, Rwah, for sharing your creativity with us through square pegs in round holes.
And finally, a photo that I never actually blogged, but chose to use as my blog header for the end of 2014.
Thank you for another year of giving me a reason to keep this blog alive. I know I went through long periods when I didn’t post at all and my entries have become more sporadic, but I always come back because of my fabulous, patient and forgiving readers – my friends, my family. May 2015 be the best one ever ❤
